Michael is passionate about business transformation and helping clients make real and lasting change. He brings over 20 years of experience in Management Consulting, focusing on sourcing (outsourcing, insourcing, shared services) and procurement advisory services. Michael has extensive experience in supplier expenditure analysis and optimisation, end-to-end contracting and CLM operating model design. Most recently, Michael served as a partner for 13 years at KPMG, where he led the Sourcing and Procurement Advisory service line helping clients across diverse sectors to solve complex sourcing, procurement, and contracting business challenges.

Guy brings 10+ years of experience in Technology Recruitment and delivery, focusing on Technology transformation and Platform Architecture (AWS, AZURE, MuleSoft, Salesforce). His passion lies in driving innovation, and leveraging cutting-edge technologies that propel organisations forward in the digital landscape. Beyond his professional endeavors, Guy is also deeply interested in Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM), recognising its pivotal role in enhancing customer experiences and driving business success.
